Guacamole

Serves: 4

Time:  10 minutes

Ingredient

  • ½ a small red onion
  • 3 ripe avocados
  • Small pinch of Cornish sea salt & chilli flakes or chopped fresh chilli
  • 1 bunch of fresh coriander
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 limes
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Method

  • Finely chop the onion, avocados, coriander and cherry tomatoes and mix in a bowl.
  • Add salt and chilli flakes, oil and lime juice. Mix again.
  • Serve
