Homemade Burgers

Serves: 6

Time:  15 minutes


  • 500g minced beef (5% or 10% Fat) = 6 burgers
  • Pepper or other seasoning


  1. Put the mince into a bowl.
  2. Add seasoning. This can just be ground pepper or Lakeland do a burger seasoning which is quiet nice. If using the Lakeland seasoning and it recommends 4 tbsp per 500g only use 1 tbsp per 500g otherwise it is far to spicy.
  3. Mix the mince and seasoning together well with your hands.
  4. Take a medium handful of mince and press evenly into your burger press and press out.
  5. Cook as normal on a BBQ/Grill or can be frozen for later.
