Ingredient
- ½ a small red onion
- 3 ripe avocados
- Small pinch of Cornish sea salt & chilli flakes or chopped fresh chilli
- 1 bunch of fresh coriander
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 2 limes
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Finely chop the onion, avocados, coriander and cherry tomatoes and mix in a bowl.
- Add salt and chilli flakes, oil and lime juice. Mix again.
- Serve
