Add seasoning. This can just be ground pepper or Lakeland do a burger seasoning which is quiet nice. If using the Lakeland seasoning and it recommends 4 tbsp per 500g only use 1 tbsp per 500g otherwise it is far to spicy.
Mix the mince and seasoning together well with your hands.
Take a medium handful of mince and press evenly into your burger press and press out.
Cook as normal on a BBQ/Grill or can be frozen for later.
