• 50g Worcester sauce
• 40g oyster sauce
• 30g ketchup (reduced salt & sugar)
• 15g dark soy sauce
• 5g sugar (or honey)

This is a handy sauce for quick stir fries.

I use weights instead of volumes for this so I can put a jug on the scales and just pour stuff in.

Mix together, and it’ll keep for ages in the fridge as all the ingredients keep forever.
